Abstract: Active learning is an instructional approach that engages students in the learning process through activities and exercises, rather than relying on passive methods such as traditional lectures. Active learning can be applied across various educational levels and disciplines. It encourages students to become more independent, critical thinkers who can apply their knowledge in real-world situations. Skill learning is a dynamic process influenced by various factors, including individual aptitude, motivation, instructional methods, and environmental conditions. It plays a fundamental role in personal and professional development, allowing individuals to navigate challenges and contribute effectively to their chosen fields. By incorporating these active learning strategies into the teaching process, educators can create an environment that not only imparts knowledge but also facilitates the development and application of a wide range of skills essential for success in various domains.
