Abstract: Teacher Education is truly vital in creating a team of quality Teachers in India. A teacher is considered to be a very original and unique person. Because pedagogy can influence and inspire student through their ingenuity, conceptual experience, cleverness, and dynamic personality. For this reason, pedagogy is considered towards true architect of the nation. The fate of in India stamped in the classroom. After independence, the Indian regime paid special attention to strengthening the construction sector and setting up various commissions and commissions India, India still lags behind other countries. So MHRD introducing an Integrated Teacher Education program all over India in 2020. Four-year Integrated Teacher Education programme integrates liberal science and Liberal Arts with B.Ed. pedagogy. ITEP is a uniquely designed four-year integrated program that takes a holistic approach. bachelor's degree is being offered B.A., B.ED., B.SC. This professional Training programme is qualitative and well designed,but it is facing some challenges also. Successful implementation of ITEP in their respective institution. This paper tries to focus on strategies, challenges, and prospects for integrated educator education programs related to NEP 2020.
